Name that tune

If there's anyone who can tell me the title and artist of that song they played to close out The West Wing last night, I'd appreciate it. It might have been called "Desire," since that word was repeated often. And it was a soothing male voice with prominent acoustic guitar -- very much like something David Gray would record. But a Google search of some of the lyrics got me nowhere. I suppose it could be a pre-release and may be all over the radio in six weeks, or it might just be really obscure. I couldn't find any mention of it in the credits. We'll have to see what the gang over at Television Without Pity says.

One of these days, I'll talk about the trips to Arizona and/or D.C. And other goings on. Really. I promise.

I've just had too much of the Maine microbrews tonight to devote that kind of time to the typing. I can't believe I'm linking in this state.
