Revenge of the marketing department

As Casey walked down an aisle in Pathmark, I stood with the cart at the end, the faces of Yoda and Darth Vader staring back at me. It was then that it occurred to me that we could probably buy a day's worth of food products solely based on Star Wars tie-ins. I wasn't too far off.

You can start with your cereals for breakfast from Kellogg's. Or Pop Tarts, if you prefer.

For lunch, you can stop at Burger King, then head back to the office to snack on Force-sanctioned fruit snacks, cookies (who knew? Keebler's a subsidary of Kellogg's) or any number of chips (but their promotion link isn't working). If sweet is what you're looking for, there's always M&M's. Any of it can be washed down with Pepsi presented by Yoda.

And, of course, you can always order in using your cellular phone.

We can't forget all the toys, particularly Darth Tater.

I wonder if that's what Burger King uses to make its fries.
