Who decides these seeds anyway?

Three teams in the Final Four and not one No. 1 seed?? Damn Syracuse. I hate them. While it would be interesting to have Michigan State beat Texas and complete the Higher Seed Final Four, I can't stand the Spartans either, so go Texas. I really wanted Oklahoma, if only because I had them winning it all, and if I can't win the pool, it'd be nice if I could at least have correctly picked the champion. Stupid Syracuse. We should've beaten them twice this year, too. So I'm rooting for Marquette. Who isn't? They're the tourney darlings, the Cinderella story, the unexpected. They trounced Kentucky, after all, which no one expected. And Arizona losing really messed up a lot of brackets -- a lot more in our pool than Kentucky losing did (though the latter prevented Mia from winning the pool outright; at best she can tie Bryan if Syracuse makes it to the championship game. I think it's a two-person race, but I haven't looked that closely.

But baseball begins tonight. Woo!
