Turning an IM convo with Heather into an entry

The problem with American Idol last night was that it was Burt Bacharach week. Sappy Love Songs. At least Kelly went with more of a bluesy one, as she said, but all the performances were down a notch from the best show of them all, Big Band Week.

I did love how RJ replied to Randy's oh-so-tired "RJ, RJ, RJ -- still love those initials, man!" with, "Yeah, I know." He still needs to weed out the "What's up, dude?" (Someone actually answered, "Not much" last night. Not much?! You're on national TV, competing for a recording contract! Hello!!)Tamayra actually made Paula cry with her Sappy Love Song, and I think directly led to Paula actually criticizing someone, which was later Nikki (and she deserved it). She's gone. Or RJ, who should've been gone last week.

If they still do a bottom three, it's RJ, Nikki and Justin because Kelly and Tamayra are clearly the top two.

I have nothing else to say, mainly because it's hot as hell and I need to take a shower before Casey comes home and we go to (or get) dinner.
