A change in flight plans

Well, isn't this nice?

USAir had to change the plane being used for our return flight from Orlando 12 days from now "a change in equipment," they said, and I find it interesting how they always refer to the aircraft as "equipment" and because it's a smaller plane, they're asking passengers now if they want to take another flight. Since one option is also a direct flight and is only about two-and-a-half hours later than our original one, it wasn't too much to ask. And since this later flight's coach seats are sold out, we're flying first class.

SOLD!

And isn't it nice that I work in an area of the media where I am able to have connections that get preview copies of the year's hot movies so I can watch films like Chicago, Adaptation and The Hours at home? Or the 90-minute Survivor premiere two days before it airs?

Yeah, it is.
