Dream 10/29/00

Camping out in a cabin-unit site like Ohiopyle, Pa. My family and others, through I can't name them, I know they're supposed to be friends. There's a long gravel access road to the cabin sites with houses along the drive. Three cars of people are heading out for some form of sightseeing or another and I'm told to get out and walk for some reason. It's a narrow, twisting road through trees, so that's the likely reason -- I'm the lookout. For what I don't know. When the road widens in open fields, I turn to wait for one of the cars to pick me up, because I'm somehow ahead of them, but they speed by. I'm livid, but keep walking up the gradual incline. My legs get weak and I get tired -- even crawling on hands and knees because my legs can no longer hold me up. As I pass one house, Debbie from work emerges with the handsome resident, and they walk past me, saying something. I reach the end of the gravel road, where it meets the highway; and sit ont he wall of a porch to a house, leaning up against the pillar to the porch roof. Debbie comes over and we sit and talk, waiting for the others to return, but I don't know why I'd want to -- I should've turned around when they left me.
