The short version

You may have heard, but the power went out in a few places yesterday.

We were affected at work and at home in northern New Jersey, but it came back on at work around 5 and at home around 8:30. Before bed, I sat down to write out a nice, long, detailed account of the day, but our internet remained down even this morning. So it sits there, on Casey's laptop, just waiting for a home this page. Hopefully, I'll quickly put it up here after work, before we head down the shore for the weekend. Of course, all the timeliness of it is now gone.

I feel like pizza.
