Eating my way through the office

I love Reese's ReeseSticks - chocolate-covered peanut butter wafers. I just ate two. I could've eaten four. All this on top of all I've eaten today, including the second half of my Whole Foods turkey-muenster-lettuce sandwich, a few Hershey's kisses because someone has a package here, and a bunch of carrots from the veggie platter that Fred brought it. He got it for free, too, after returning the first one he brought, which reeked of veggies gone bad.

They say you should drink eight glasses of water a day. They say this from the bathroom, usually, because you can't drink eight glasses of water a day and not have to go to the bathroom every hour, at least. I'm drinking a lot of water tonight, which, they also say, keeps you hydrated and makes you feel less hungry. I think it's making me feel more hungry, because I haven't felt full yet today. The only problem with drinking all this water and having to go to the bathroom so frequently is that the bathroom is a walk across the building, so it takes a few minutes to make a bathroom trip. That will become a problem between 10 and 11 p.m., the last hour up to deadline, when I will likely have to pee at 10:50, with 10 minutes until the paper has to be out. And on the last trip to the bathroom, I made that extra trip downstairs for the ReeseSticks, which I probably wouldn't have done if I hadn't been drinking so much water.

What's up with that?

Just got a beep - Notre Dame still loves me. Women's basketball beats No. 16 Virginia Tech 64-57, my phone tells me.
